How this works

1. Click Load clips and pick the folder with your scenes (or drop the files here).
2. Drag clips onto the timeline below. Double-click adds one to the end.
3. Click a clip on the timeline to trim it or change its speed.
4. Export video for a quick preview, or Cut list to hand the exact cut to Claude to master with your voice-over, music, and captions.
