FREE TOOL · STOP BEING EVERY DEPARTMENT

The Delegation Audit.

Twelve tasks a one-person brand does every week. Put your hours next to each, pick who owns it from here on... and see how much of your week comes off you.

Be honest about the hours. The point is not the total. It is seeing that most of the screen work can go to an AI teammate this month, and that only a few things need a person.

Your week, sorted

Hours are a guess for a one-person brand in month one. Change them. Then pick who owns each task from here on.

The rule
AI first, human second
Every task gets the one question first: can my AI partner do this? Hire a person only for what it cannot.
Working through this with us?

What the tool is doing

Three owners. Keep: the work only the founder can do, deciding what the brand does next and the key relationships. AI: repeatable screen work with a clear input and output, which is most of a brand's week. Hire: work that needs hands or judgment an AI cannot supply yet, packing orders, shooting content.

The order matters. Automate before you hire. A person costs a salary, takes weeks to find and needs managing. An AI teammate runs an SOP tonight. So every task gets the one question first, and a hire is for what is left.

What it is not. A plan to do nothing. What you keep is the highest-value work in the business, and it only gets your full attention once the rest is off you.

This is one lesson inside the Launch Accelerator. The next lesson turns one of the tasks you marked AI into an SOP, from a five-minute screen recording, with your AI partner writing it. Then we hand it off for good.
