Three lines, in order, every episode. The anchor-hook you say every day, the sub-hook that says what happened today, and the cliffhanger you end on. Pick, fill the blanks, copy.
The anchor-hook is the same line every day. It is the name of the series. By day 30 people should be able to say it with you. Do not rotate it.
The sub-hook is today's reason to keep watching. It says what happened, and what is at stake, in one line, using one of 10 patterns. Pick the pattern that matches the day. If nothing happened, that is pattern 9, and it is a real episode.
The cliffhanger is the last line. It gives people a reason to come back tomorrow, asks the one question, or restates the count. Then the CTA: the waitlist link in your bio. Every episode, same CTA.
What this does not do: write the middle. The 20 to 40 seconds in between is you, on camera, saying what you did today. The Countdown Sheet has 100 days of ideas for that part.
