The 60-Day Launch Planner.

A launch is 60 days, not 1. The 30 days before you open, the day itself, and the 30 days after. Put in your dates, pick what you can keep up, and every step gets a calendar date, in the right half.

You are allowed to guess. No launch date yet? Use the day your product arrives plus 2 weeks. Change it later and the whole plan moves with it. Before launch day, only your emails and your own posts run. Paid ads and creators wait until there is a store to send people to.

Your launch

The day your first order lands at your door or your warehouse.
The day the store opens. Leave at least 7 days after the product arrives.
Everyone who signed up for a bonus with their first order. One bonus unit each is set aside.

Runs before launch day

These are the only things that run before you open. Everything else needs a live store link to be worth the money.

Switches on after launch day

Write down every one you could do, then keep the 3 or 4 with the best return on your time and your money. The set-up work still happens before launch day. The switch flips after.
0 means no ads. That is a fine answer.

Anything else you want to do? Optional

Marketing that is not on the list above. One per box. Whatever you type goes into your checklist and your prompt. Leave it empty to skip.

week-1 orders, a planning range
2 to 5 in 100 of the people on your list. A range, not a promise.

The week-1 check
Count what sold. Then decide about the paid levers.
7 days after you open, your list has had its turn. Count your orders against the units you can sell. More than half gone: the paid levers wait, or the ad runs small. Less than half: the ad turns on and the creators post.

Your 60 days, dated

Every step for what you picked, with a date. Tick them off here. Your ticks are saved in this browser. Or copy the list, print it, or paste the prompt below into Claude or ChatGPT and get a dashboard built for you.

Copy the prompt. Your answers and your dated steps go in at the top, and The Launch Plan Builder from the lesson follows. Paste it into Claude or ChatGPT, in your brand project if you have one, and it writes your launch plan and a dashboard page you can open, tick off, and print.

1. CopyThe button below copies the whole prompt.
2. PasteInto a new chat in Claude or ChatGPT. Attach your brand file if you have one.
3. Answer, then saveIt asks only what this page did not. Save launch-plan.md and launch-dashboard.html.

1. Your answers. This part changes when you change anything above.
2. Your steps, with dates.
3. The Launch Plan Builder. The same prompt as in the lesson. It reads parts 1 and 2 and skips those questions.

Why the plan has 2 halves

Before launch day, only 2 things run: emails to your list and your own posts. Everyone else needs a live store link to be worth the money. A creator who posts before you open sends people to a page that cannot take an order. An ad that runs before you open spends money you cannot measure. So the people who already know you hear first, and everything else waits.

Everything that switches on after still gets set up before. Creators take weeks to find, say yes, and receive the product. An ad takes a week to build and a pixel to track. A market table gets booked a month out. The 30 days before are full of set-up for the 30 days after.

Paid levers come last, not first. A week after you open, your email list has had its turn. If it sold more than half of what you can sell, paid ads and creators wait, or the ad runs small. You were going to sell those units anyway, and the money is better kept for the second batch. If it sold less than half, that is the week to turn them on. The week-1 check is written into your plan so you make that call with a number, not a feeling.

Set the bonus units aside before you open. If you promised a bonus with the first order, every one of those people needs a unit on the shelf on top of the one they buy. Count them out the day the product arrives. Running out of the bonus you promised is the first promise you break.
