FREE TOOL · BUILD YOUR AUDIENCE

The Content Multiplier.

You do not need more ideas. You need to cut one idea more ways. Put in how often you can film and see how much comes out... and how many hours it costs you.

You are allowed to guess. Pick the number of shoots you can hit on your worst week. If you have never filmed anything, that number is 1, and 1 is fine.

Your engine

A shoot is one sitting with the phone: one idea, 30 to 90 seconds of footage. Pick the number you can hit on your worst week, not your best.
The same clip becomes a Reel, a TikTok, a Short, a still with a caption, and a text post. 5 is normal once you have the habit. Start at 3 if you are new.
Set up, film, trim, write the caption, schedule the cuts. Most founders are around 45 minutes once the pillars are set.

The honest check
Twice a day forever lasts about 9 days. Three good posts a week for a year builds an audience. Set the number you will still be hitting in week 10.

What the estimates are doing

Posts a week is shoots times cuts. One 60-second clip about one idea becomes a Reel, a TikTok, a Short, a still with a caption, and a text post. Same idea, 5 doors.

Hours a week is shoots times minutes. The cuts cost almost nothing once you have done it twice; the shoot is the part that costs you an evening, so the shoot is the number to keep small.

Ideas a week equals shoots, on purpose. If you need 10 ideas a week the engine is broken. You need 2, and a rule for turning each into 5 posts.

What this does not include: replying to comments, and the time you spend watching other people's content instead of making yours.
