By using this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is operated by Brand Founder Academy, LLC.
2. What we provide
Brand Founder Academy provides educational content, tools, and a community for consumer-product founders. The community, courses, and paid tiers are delivered through Skool, a third-party platform governed by its own terms. Purchases and billing are handled by Skool, not by this website.
3. Educational content only
Everything on this site and in the Academy is for general educational purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. See our Earnings & Results Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempting to break or overload it, no uploading unlawful content through any form, and no using our content to build a competing course without permission.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its content, the Brand Founder Academy name, and the temple mark are owned by Brand Founder Academy, LLC. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brand Founder Academy, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your home state or country.
